• Diverse legal experience including securities litigation, complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, insurance, and toxic torts
• Earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Abilene Christian University
• Earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Houston Law Center
